Dr Jahangiri and his staff are fantastic! I had a bad experience with another physician down the road in Fulshear who placed a crown on one of my molars and the tooth continued to give me pain whenever I ate or drank cold or hot foods 6 months later. Back in June I made an appointment with a Fulshear dentist who told me one of my molars had a small crack and would need a crown. When I showed up for my appointment, I learned that the dentist had quit the day before. The dentist who showed up to do my crown was old and probably had not done this in years. It was a horrible experience. He ran the saw over my chin which caused it to bleed, he was clumsy during the entire procedure, and I swore I would never let him touch my mouth again. Two weeks later when the crown arrived, I had no choice but let the old dentist put it in. I thought to myself "how much damage can he do just putting in the crown?" Well, he got cement all over my other teeth and crown, then told me "it will wear off on its own." I couldn't even close my teeth due to the cement. He used a sharp hook tool and jammed it into my gums several times trying to remove a huge chunk of cement. My mouth was a bloody mess when I left his office, FOR THE LAST TIME!
For my 6 month teeth cleaning in December, I was lucky that my eye doctor told me about Noble Smith and Dr Jahangiri. His office was located even closer to my home. At my visit with Noble Smith, the hygienist had to scrape off the cement that the old dentist got on my teeth for almost an hour. Dr Jahangiri took the time to show me the x-rays of my teeth and pointed out why the tooth with the crown continued to give me problems... the old dentist did it wrong and there was a huge gap between the tooth and crown! Since my insurance will not pay for a crown replacement and since I will NOT let the old dentist touch my mouth again, Dr Jahangiri agreed to replace the crown and fix the mistakes done by the old dentist at a reduced fee since I would have to pay cash.
It was an unfortunate experience for me with the other old dentist, but I am happy I found a great dentist in Dr Jahangiri who I will trust to take care of my teeth from now on. Thank you Noble Smile and Dr Jahangiri!

Great staff! They were all so friendly and on top of their game. The office is very clean and organized, it felt very welcoming like you were a guest in a friend's home :)

Dr. Jahangiri is the "BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Caring with excellent bedside manner. Unfortunately we had to relocate to Florida otherwise he would have been my dentist for life! I wish we could have taken him with us :-). Louis Perez, Jr.(Miami).

Warm and welcoming friendly staff as always. I love to come here and relax with a nice cup of coffee in the comfortable lobby while my son happily goes back to get his teeth cleaned. Top notch customer service, fast, efficient and no hassle billing. We are so lucky to have discovered this place... Dr. J is awesome!!!

Gentle, caring,& knowledgable. The staff was warm & welcoming through out the entire visit. I really felt everyone there treated you like a friend not a client. My parents told me about Noble Smile & now I'm bringing my children there as well.
