Everyone was very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the same day because I was having pain. Ended up with a cleaning. She was gentle and explained everything. Had to make an appointment to get the cavities filled. Only problem is waiting three weeks to get that done when I'm in a lot of pain.

The appointment was scheduled for 11:20 am.; however, I waited 25 minutes past my scheduled time to be brought in. This is hard when you are taking time from work to make the appointment.

I had a new hygienist and did not think she cleaned my teeth properly. She never touched behind my last set of molars and typically it's an area where I have a lot of buildup. She also let the water and saliva pool in my throat until it was running down the sides of my mouth before using the correct tool. I almost said something when I was leaving but I am going to call and make sure that I do not get that woman again. I've been going here for many years and this is the first time I did not feel my care needs were met.
