I was happy with the treatment my Shih Tzu received no complains there. However, my rating is the fact that I took my dog at 3AM for an emergency walk in and was turned away, as it was mentioned my dog would not be seen at that time. I was told to come back later that morning at 9AM. As an animal lover, this rubbed me the wrong way. Again I understand wait lines however, if i'm bringing my furry friend at 3AM is because she needed to be seen.

The customer service is very poor and unacceptable at this vet office. I originally scheduled an appointment for our cat last Saturday and then I called to reschedule because I had last minute change to my schedule. I rescheduled the appointment for Wednesday (the next available according to the receptionist). My husband took our cat in Wednesday and was told told we did not have an appt. The receptionist claimed that their system had a glitch on Saturday and they lost all scheduled appointments. We rescheduled AGAIN for Thursday (next day) at 3. Once again, my husband took our cat to the appointment and checked in when he arrived. He waited a little over an hour and still had not been seen. He then went up to the receptionist and asked how much longer he had to wait for his 3:00 appt. It was now 4:30. They apparently did not know he was there waiting...mind you there were multiple women working the front desk that could see him waiting and never asked him if he had already been helped. Soon after, a tech comes out to tell my husband that they DO NOT have the vaccine that we need for our cat, after waiting in the front for an hour & 1/2 to be seen. The tech tells him that they willl order the vaccine and for him to go back the next day, AGAIN. He then asks to speak to the medical director to complain. There is obviously no communication what so ever with the employees at this office. What could have been one trip to the vet ended up being three trips in one week. I recently transferred our cats records from another vet office to Town & Country but I am now considering transferring back. Very poor service and long wait times at this office. The medical director was very apologetic for his team, need to work on customer service.

Our appointment was at 9:30 & 9:50pm and we waited 45 minutes past our appointment before we even went into the exam room. Then we waited another 20 min in the exam room for the tech and doctor. The doctor smelled like cigarettes too.

I love Town & Country BUT this was not a good experience!
