My appt had to be changed to an earlier time on the day of my appt due to a conflict that came up. The receptionist got me another appt right away. The substitute hygienist Danielle was extremely personable, accommodating, fully professional, superbly competent and careful. The dentist checking me out was likewise thorough and very pkesssnt and reassuring
