This is the best and most caring vet's office I've ever been to! Dr stone and Dr Sara are the best! they've taken care of all three of my babies this year and helped me to avoid unnecessary costs while providing top notch care!

I came in for a "free" tire rotation. I added an oil change. Partially my fault for not looking at the price, but $90 seems steep. Mgr said I'd get $10 of for being a teacher, but seemed to only get $10 from my coupon, which he took from me also. Was told the air filters were dirty, don't have extra money right now, so said no. Then they show me, it wasn't dirty it was beyond that. It had been chewed by an animal. That's called burying the lead. So, of course I changed the filter. When left, I immediately detected a fragrance. I was never asked if that was ok. It's not, i'm very allergic to flowers, perfumes, etc. Headache insued. I put the windows down to get rid of the air freshener smell. When I finally put the windows up and turned on the fan there was a horrible noise. I had to take the car back so the techs could finish clearing out the air vent. I would have expected that was done, especially as it was pointed out to me that an animal had chewed it up. The techs were kind enough to change out the filter again so I didn't have the perfume smell. That was after the owner had said, "that's what we do to get rid of the odor from the animal." There hadn't been an odor, or certainly I would have checked on it sooner. We had previously gotten tires from here, but not sure we'll be back. Price wasn't good enough to bring me back, having my allergy dismissed was upsetting, to have the "dirty" filter dismissed as "oh he's a mechanic" he should have explained it better. NOPE, training is what needs to happen. ASK customers before spraying "air freshener".
