In the initial call, the receptionist was perfect at listening, taking down pertinent information, and answering all questions about the hospital and medical personnel. We arrived in the parking lot and had only a ten minute wait time before Robert arrived, greeted us, and escorted us into the treatment room. He was excellent in taking Alley's history, explaining the schedule and system at Napa River Pet Hospital, and in making both of us comfortable.
Dr. Carroll was so kind and gentle with Alley. He was great with explanations of what he anticipated was needed, performing her exam, and setting up a plan for her medical procedure and treatment. When I called, later that day, to find out if Alley was awake and ready to go home, I was put through to Dr. Carroll (without asking) and he took time to tell me about her procedure and home treatment plan. He answered my questions with a gentle and caring voice that helped me appreciate that my cat was in good hands.
