It was not your best day (yesterday). We arrived around 2:20 and called the front desk from your parking lot. Lizzy was in and out by 3:08. That was pretty good!
However, from here it went downhill. When Lizzy was brought back to the car around the time the doctor called us at 3:08 with Lizzy's results/checkup we also gave a young lady our credit card.
And then there was another 45 minutes without any information. I finally went to the front door and flagged down someone who was coming out to pick up another dog.
We then received some attention. However, the receipt was wrong as they had not included the cost for the prescriptions. An other 10 minutes resolved this issue.
Also, your phone went down. I kept calling between 3:30 to 3:50 in which the message was not available please call back.
This is a one off poor/fair review. In the past, we loved Naperville Animal Hospital.
