Bentley got hurt somehow, we took him right to Naperville Animal hospital. We were in and out in about 40 min .Bentley is all fixed up and happy as a clam.

Drop off and pick up very organized. Be patient, there is a wait while they address each call but the process is pretty good. Once you arrive wait in your car and give them a call. They will take all info over phone and come pick up your buddy. Once they are done they will call you and if you left the area they will instruct you to call them upon your return. The phone wait time can be long, 10 minutes or more but it is expected during this unusual time. Doctor called me with all info, explained it well and I paid over phone. Was all good!

The staff at the Naperville animal Hospital has been knowledgeable and kind. Our almost 12 year old very large lab was diagnosed with bone cancer and they make sure his pain meds are filled in a timely manner and treat our four legged family member with dignity and compassion. Many thanks to all.

With how much things have changed they still going above and beyond with coming to the cars keeping distance but not loosing the friendly service.

It was not your best day (yesterday). We arrived around 2:20 and called the front desk from your parking lot. Lizzy was in and out by 3:08. That was pretty good!

However, from here it went downhill. When Lizzy was brought back to the car around the time the doctor called us at 3:08 with Lizzy's results/checkup we also gave a young lady our credit card.

And then there was another 45 minutes without any information. I finally went to the front door and flagged down someone who was coming out to pick up another dog.

We then received some attention. However, the receipt was wrong as they had not included the cost for the prescriptions. An other 10 minutes resolved this issue.

Also, your phone went down. I kept calling between 3:30 to 3:50 in which the message was not available please call back.

This is a one off poor/fair review. In the past, we loved Naperville Animal Hospital.
