First off my phone number was not inputted into your system correctly. The consultation I did a month ago was a complete waste of time as I had to redo it when I got to my appointment. Also, after my colour I was scheduled for a hair cut, which was booked way after, I would have been sitting for over 30 minutes.
I would suggest you train your staff to book appointments to not waste clients time
