I was very impressed from the minute I called to set up an appointment in becoming a new patient with Dr. Ura and his practice. Not only was the paperwork I needed to complete very thorough, but the individual I dealt with on the phone was very professional and courteous. Everything was explained to the point that I had no questions. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the office and courtesy of all staff. This was the same with my consultation with the dental assistant and Dr. Ura. Many things were done to get a complete "picture" of what my teeth were like, what my needs may be, any cares and concerns, and what my goal was. With many issues, mainly periodontal disease, I want to be sure I continue to do what I need to for my teeth and with what I experienced I must say that I am looking forward to seeing what Dr. Ura has as a plan.
