I always enjoy my massage with Kelly. The only critique I would have, is I have noticed I don't always get the amount of time I am paying for. I sometimes get 5-10 minutes less than the hour. It may seem petty but it is a luxury for me to get to a massage and I feel like you should get every minute you pay for. I don't know if she is timing the appointment from the time you get there but I thought it should be timed from the moment you actually begin the massage until the end. She asked me how the experience was and if I was satisfied and I told her yes. I really didn't want to say anything but it has bothered me some that this has happened on several occasions. Over all Kelly is great massage therapist!

I have had several pedicures at Natural Concepts. And I have gone to other places as well. But I have to say that I get the best pedicures at Natural Concepts. Very relaxing, and almost as good as having a full body message. Definitely would recommnend Natural Concepts for pedicures.

Laura does a great job. Since I hae been oing to her, she has never hurt me or made my toes sore, which is huge. I feel very lucky to have her as my pedicurist.

I wanted something new but didn't know what....I gave the green light to Jim and trusted that he would do right by me. We discussed what I didn't want and then I sat back and enjoyed the neck massage and closed my eyes to relax. There was a big pile of hair on the floor when he was done and I LOVE my new hair cut!

I had a hair cut with Kathy and I was really impressed. I chose an Aveda salon for specific reasons. I loved the way she "played" with my hair to understand the way it laid. I will be bringing my husband in and telling all of my friends!
