We love what we do. Plain and simple. We are elated to have made a career doing something we truly enjoy... auto repair and making customers smile. And to pass the joy onto new generations has been a gift in itself. It is unfortunate that the auto repair industry has a stigma that has caused consumers to question the integrity of the service they receive. It has been around a long time and I presume always will be, but not at NG.
First and foremost is customer service and CARE. Care for their car but also care for the person driving the car. I am glad to see each and every customer not just the first time, but moreso when they come back. When they come back, I know my team at NG has met their expectations and hopefully surpassed them. We get excited to share in the joy and sigh of relief when customers don't have to experience the uncertainty of auto repair.
We have, and always will, value honesty, provide automotive services at a fair price and only recommend services that are needed to keep our customers on the road safely. Sounds simple to me and it has worked for 60 years.

I am a patient of Dr. Ellis List, DDS. I moved from another state to the Durham, NC area about five years ago. I did not have a dentist so I returned to my home state on a couple occasions to have dental services. Eventually, an acquaintance recommended Dr. List and I made an appointment to see him.
The appointment is where I will begin the review of Dr. List's professional services. The telephone was immediately answered and my initial appointment was made by a courteous and professional office staffer. When I came to the office for the first visit I was welcomed, registered and directed to the hygeniest who inspected, cleaned, x-rayed and recorded her findings. After reporting her findings to Dr. List he examined me and gave me his plan of treatment. My subsequent visits gave me more confidence in and noticeable benefits from his expertise. I am his patient.
