The office does not seem to be very efficient. I arrived 15 minutes before appointment time and filled out more paperwork, then returned to the waiting area. Then I was summoned by personnel who had not checked the availability of the room that was to be used and I was shuttled back to the waiting area. About fifteen minutes later I was again called to the room for the preliminary exam and then sent back to the waiting area. The doctor was ready to see me forty minutes after the scheduled time.
