Overall I had an okay service. I did have to wait for someone to be available while the office had a training in the back that could not be interrupted while customers were waiting. Also had to wait until someone was visible to open the locked windows to try on glasses. I did a lot of waiting. The staff was nice but felt like an inconvenience.

The staff was nice but I felt kind of rushed into finishing up the appointment for one of my daughters. There was a lady who helped my other daughter try to put contacts on for the first time. She took all the time my daughter needed I appreciated that
