My appointment was at 2:15 and I was going back and forth between rooms and tests till 4:45 PM. They first lost my images, had me retake them which I was okay with. Then, they asked me to go try on my contacts and made me wait for another 20 before taking me to a room where I had to wait AGAIN to get my eyes re-tested. Then, they lost the sheet that had my prescription on it and I did not feel comfortable with my vision with the contacts on and the feedback I received was “the DMV is fine with you driving like this” even though I could not see properly. I had to ask to get my prescription upped and then that took 10-15 minutes before I could go retry the new contacts and check out glasses. And in the background, I could hear staff arguing about how long the hours are they have to stay in the store and no apologies for all the delays/miscommunications/lost tests. No professionalism at all or regard for timing.
