Staff is very friendly and the doctors are thorough and take their time to explain and answer all my questions. Doctors are very friendly as well. Highly recommend them!

No matter which animal we bring to Ness Exotic Wellness Center, they are always friendly, helpful and so excited to see our animals. It makes things easier knowing that our babies are in good hands that care about their well being just as much as we do.

Amber was not understanding. My bunny had a resistant staph infection in his sinuses, teeth and ears all year and I had been coming repeatedly for treatments. Just needed my test results and was told at my last appt I couldn't get them over the phone. I tried to give Amber eta updates as I was travelling to let her know I was coming. I was panicking and instead of allowing me to come in she told me not to come if I was late. I ran to the door and knocked since I wasn't sure if she would answer my calls. No one was in the front office. When I went to the back door still panicking and wanting to talk to someone else, Amber come out and tells me I'm late and I have to reschedule. Instead of talking to the vet, she brings out someone I've never met in scrubs and he lectures me about how bad it's been. I'm not ignorant of the hard work provided in the past, but my animal’s test results were the last thing on their minds. When I cried and begged after agreeing not to bother your staff anymore, they took my appt. Instead of apologizing or trying to ressure me, the gentleman and Amber both stayed silent. The rest were very kind and understanding. Thank you for your help and I wish you all the best.

My daughter brought her ferrets in for their checkup and nail trims. She loved the ferret room, said the vet was extremely nice and her experience was really fun! We’ve been bringing them to Ness for about 3 years and have always had great experiences with you guys!
