The person assigned to me was obviously new. I know this because of her actions or should I say lack of knowledge. This is not a bad reflection on her but rather is poor the business management.
I was kept waiting on the doctor to appear and when he did he did not introduce himself. He just said hi, how are you, and what is going on. The doctor left the exam room to get an instrument because they were not in the exam room. The doctor said he would work up an estimate but I never saw him again.
The name Affordable in the company name is misleading for the final estimate I received is not much different than other places and in fact was higher than one other provider.
I know the office waiting area is open and the patients can easily hear what is going on at the front desk. I realize some people and or patients are difficult to deal with on the phone but when an employee in the reception area has to deal with an unpleasant situation it is much better to do that in private and not in the front office.
It is your business and you can run it the way you wish and that is fine but being a retired successful business man I believe you your company has some area that need attention.
