We focus on not only repairing cars in a timely and correct manor, but going above in the industry standard for customer care and relationships. We work hard at treating those we meet just the way we would want to be treated. New Paris Auto is a Relatively young business, but age is far surpasses in knowledge and ability. Here we have ASE Certified Master technicians who can repair all form of vehicle malfunctions. Repairs range from routine oil change services to complex computer diagnostics, even large repairs such as engine and transmission replacements are not a problem. I went to New Paris Auto Service through a recommendation of a friend. I was looking for a trustworthy business to switch to for my ongoing maintenance on my Subaru Crosstrek. After too many frustrating and disappointing experiences at Gurley-Leep in South Bend, I wanted to find a reliable, honest, no-nonsense auto service. My experience at NPAS was extremely positive: from the first phone call, to setting up an appointment, to getting a loaner car to make the day of repair easy, to the honest information provided by the thorough inspection, to the quality of the work and the reasonableness of the cost. In my opinion, this is the way to do business. I will be back!
