Very long wait time and the price was higher than I’ve ever paid for a blood test. I’ve been going here since 1980 and feel your growing too quickly at the cost of the patient. Very frustrating for me since my cat has health issues and the cost is really hurting my budget.
It's usually a good experience; however, it's time to allow vaccinated and masked pet owners IN the examination room. There is much to be learned from listening to a doctor while he/she is observing...
If the reason is unvaccinated personnel, perhaps it's time to rethink that.
We had a concern about our dog's sudden lameness. We were able to get an appointment the same day with Dr Harlec. Even though she is not our dog's regular doctor, she found out everything she needed to know about him, his personality and medical history which included texting his regular doctor (Dr Flanagan) who was not in that day. Dr Harlec was so kind and caring and thorough we could not be happier with this visit. Most importantly, our dog junior is feeling better!
Hoping one day I can go in with my pup, however, in the meantime, the staff are so accommodating and listen to what you have to say, get the message across to the doctor. The techs seems to be very honest with me- since I had no concerns, they recommended just doing the fecal exam and not a full exam to save money. They are understanding when it comes to costs.
