Extremely expensive and definitely wouldn't use them again. Rip off merchants. My dog was pooping blood and they said she was fine after doing xrays etc. Please don't go there

After not having a good experience with other vets in the area my sister who just got her first dog recently recommended NVH. First off just the phone call to get an appointment was impressive. The woman offered me an appointment that day about within two hours of me calling. She also offered to get the records from another vet to prove he had his shots. Not only did she get them she CALLED ME BACK!!! Within ten minutes and moved my appointment up!! So far I’m loving them. I get there they take me and my cat in and they come in go through everything clearly what they recommend and the cost. They took excellent care of my boy called me again to let me know the receipts of x rays etc and when I missed the call when I called I was able to speak to the Dr immediately. When I arrived to pick him up I checked out received medical paperwork to inform me fully about his condition and they brought him out. They also texted and emailed me the following morning for follow up. They hit all the marks that day and it wasn’t by accident they all had their ducks in a row and were just very genuinely kind people who are completely professional and all obviously love animals and want to do their best to help them. I also observed this level of care with each person and pet that walked through the door as I waited briefly in waiting area. Do yourself and your pet a favor if you’re looking for a vet and just start here.

Dr.steinbeiser great with my pets and spends the time to explain exactly what is going on with them. She provides great discharge instructions and makes sure to do a follow up.

Absolutely wonderful first time experience with my parrotlet, Lucy . Dr. Steinbeiser was a joy to deal with! Not easy to find a vet that treats birds and she made me feel at ease with the situation at hand . Recommend highly.
