I would not recommend Newell Lawn Service. Their owner says he will "make things right". However, they do not. I've had numerous issues over the last year and none have been resolved. The latest issue was when his guys destroyed my side yard which had a leaky sprinkler head. I wasn't aware of it and they never bothered to tell me. When they left, they just put grass seed over their mess. I found it a couple of days later when I was walking around my yard. When I spoke with Mark, he was more interested in telling me about a big job he was bidding in Suffolk. He did tell me he'd have someone come out and fix it, but no-one ever did come out. This company is not reliable.

Thanks for reaching out to newell lawn and landscape. We are always concerned about quality. The issue at hand was that there was a leaky irrigation system and we were not made aware of it. The technician cutting the yard has been doing it weekly w/ never an issue. That day once in the area we had to work hard to get are machine out. Honest problem w/ or w/ out the customer communication on the knowledge of this. We cleaned up area and crew leader called it in to office, Client called me personally and ask what we could do. I responded that I was on a large job in suffullk and would not be able to put seed down that day. We seeded the area the next day and are waiting for germination(takes 2-3 weeks). We appreciate all are clients and honest mistakes happen on both sides of business.. We always work hard to have happy customers. Thanks again for the relationship Karen.
