My mother (who has Alzheimer's and dementia) and I were there for almost 3 hours. Nobody seemed to grasp her condition and tried to accommodate her. This is our 3rd visit and last. Each visit progressively got worse. No more!

Was treated like a five year old girl by an older male doctor there when I needed an emergency contact removal. Among the things that were said to me: good girl, if you’re going to get emotional I’m leaving, what you did was so stupid, you can handle all those piercings but you can’t handle forceps on your eye. He was demeaning and terrifying and I left that day a sobbing mess. I will say, he did get the contact out though so at least there is that. Two other doctors were in their with me and they both apologized profusely to me whenever he stepped out, but they didn’t say anything while I was being berated and belittled. Would not suggest going here, or if you do, stay away from any old man doctor who’s last name begins with O.
