Reception staff was friendly (funny!) and helpful; I forgot to bring a mask and they didn't treat me like a criminal AND they helped me get to the waiting area - even though I likely could have found it across the hall, they were fantastic!

Matt was outstanding. Moved me through the exam with ease and comfort. Made sure he explained what he was doing, always asked if I had any questions and did a great job.

Dr. O was also great - again walked me through all the exam steps, explained where I was with my sight, what to expect, what look out for etc.

It was a great visit, Thank You ALL!

The intern was great. The doctor stated my age as if he needed to inform everyone in the examining room when both he and the intern had access to my records and I provided the information. He also didn't translate my vision scores; he didn't think that I didn't know how to read the record. The exam was thorough, but relaying the results was not.
