I rarely leave a review for this kind of thing, but I had such a great experience with NECO Eyecare! The process of joining as a new patient and setting up an appointment was easy and efficient. The clinic was very covid safe, this is big for me and this kind of thing definitely doesn't go unnoticed! I was surprised at how easy and fast the check in process was when I arrived for my appointment. Best of all, though, was how kind, knowledgeable, and caring every single clinician was. I brought my son in. The appointment started right on time, they were incredibly nice and helpful, both the front desk and the practitioners. They were also able to provide us with a set of contacts while we wait for the ones that are being mailed. The whole experience was extremely positive.
