Interns and doctors are fabulous. Year after year, the front desk staff is rude and unfriendly. Increase pay rates and hire for customer service skills. Follow up and hold team to your expectations

Score would be 5 stars if you fixed that. This is not the first time I’ve given that feedback.

I was misled by John who told me that my lenses cost $40.00 when it was all paid off by my insurance.. First John said the lenses then I asked if that's for the fame or was it a code payment and he shook his head stating yes so I paid and called my insurance and they said all was paid for in full so I just left it like that. I didn't like what John did. He probably had his hands full, it was busy that day I guess. And Linda fam also raised up my second pair of glasses by 125 which wouldn't be cool for the ones I already have 225/125. My vision would go up and down everytime I change glasses..

Always a great visit. Front desk, Amber and others probably have to be tired by 6pm, but they are all so wonderful, positive, helpful!

Doctors, Clinicians are great, knowlegeable, etc.

Optometrists, John and Veronica go out of their way to help.

What a great group you have there.
