Outstanding service by the technician! I originally scheduled a remote keypad replacement but while he was here he also performed regular maintenance to keep the door in optimal working order. He educated me about the whole process and what he did and the cost was reasonable! Would highly recommend!

Very pleased with the quality of the work and the fact that the technician came on the day expected. The springs on both the doors are replaced, they now go up and down smoothly . Replacing h seal on the bottoms wil hlp to lock our chipmunks.

Dennis was on time. He called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He immediately went to work upon arriving. He pointed out an issue with one of the garage door springs and pointed out that I needed to install safety cables. After completion of his work he showed me the switch panel and it's functions.

I replaced the bad spring and installed the required safety cables the following day.

The door works fine.

We had the "Platinum Overhaul" by New England Overhead Door for our two garage doors. It was an excellent experience. I was interested (some engineering background), so I watched and spoke with David Plouffe as he did the job. He clearly is an expert with deep experience. Both our 2 garage doors were getting noisy and one was beginning to jam on the way up or down. Now they both work perfectly. I should have gotten around to writing this review 6 months ago when the work was done, but my procrastinating has given me the opportunity to also say that the two garage doors have continued to work perfectly ever since. I can strongly recommend New England Overhead Door.
