The staff was very friendly and helpful, Dr. Adair was enthusiastic and talked me through my prescription and helped me better understand my options. The clerical staff helped me choose a frame that matched my style and fit my face (and they were very patient as I'm pretty picky).
If you need optometrical work, I highly recommend this business.

Dr. Ton is the best. She had been my eye doctor for years. Very caring and knowledgeable with a genuine interest and concern for her patients.

The wait after you check in is longer than expected. I was taking to get the pre-screening and didn’t look that the equipment was cleaned at all. It actually was never wiped off after finishing with my exam. After I was called into the doctors office, the room was not cleaned out either. Receptionist and whoever handles contact lenses wearing long nails and nail polish. Never again.

I would highly recommend New Era Eyecare and Dr. Adair. The staff is very professional, the office is modern with all the latest technical equipment and it is bright and pleasant. Plus they have a great selection of frames and the staff spends time with you to help you as long as you need. Choosing glasses can take a little while! Dr. Adair is friendly and caring, he makes great recommendations, and you know when you are there that you are getting the best, high tech and personable service available.
