This response is to an email which asked, 'how is your eyewear?'
The pair of contacts I received from my appointment and successfully placed on eyes for use have not been used again, as I lost one the next day trying to put in.
I went back to office and asked receptionist for another pair to continue my first venture into the world of 'no glasses'.
I had turned down the very hard-sell tactics she had used the day before to get lenses through your office, this involving approx. $600 /year, with a rebate from manufacturer.(No one in their right mind wants to go through these type of switch and bait schemes.)
She bluntly turned me down and said 'you and your wife didn't agree to buy from us', so 'no' to a replacement.
