The receptionist was difficult. I expected her to have looked at my insurance before my visit but she didn’t. Then I had to ask her. I also had to ask her to see how much my insurance covered for glasses. Also when I called her to set up the appointment, she left me on hold for more than 10 minutes. I called back, and she said she hadn’t realized I was still on hold.
The doctor was great. She needs a receptionist who know customer service.
