I get the Ultimate IPL every visit. Their aestheticians do an excellent job and the facial massage is always wonderful. That's why I keep driving in from SE Portland.
We are so sorry to hear we did not meet your service expectations. I can assure you we take great pride in trying to offer a great over all experience for our guests, and I know we meet that standard with all our clients, but seemed to have missed the mark with you, and I sincerely apologize for that. If it was Isabella at the front desk, she is from another country and was filling in for the day and not familiar with front desk duties and may have been a little uncomfortable with her new job responsibility. I have not had the opportunity to work with her so that would be my fault, but I can tell you she is truly one of the sweetest people I know.
