She did a fabulous job on my pedicure! The owner came by to see how everything was going. We had a large group and she made sure we all had a great experience. This is my favorite Day Spa!!

I've never had a bad experience until last Saturday. I flew in from Denver to take my best friend to New Image for her birthday. When I got my Pedicure I was told that if I wanted the remaining shellac on my toenails to be removed I would have to cut my massage short. My pedi was at 10:15 and my massage wasn't until noon. I didn't want my massage cut short so I agreed to let the technician Just paint over the old shellac, which she did with regular polish. I asked the technician to at least use shellac to paint over the old color but was again told there was not enough time. When it was time for my friend and I to get mani's together I was told that my friend could have shellac but there was not enough time for my technician to give me shellac, so again I had to have regular polish. I dried my nails under the dryer continually for 30 mins and then went to get dressed as that was my last service. When I put my socks on all the polish came off. The lady at the front desk said if I came back in an hour they would redo it. It was already late and my friend and I had dinner reservations so of course I said I couldn't do that nor could I come back tomorrow as I had a flight to catch. In the end I was offered a 10 dollar refund after spending over 500 dollars. Complete bullshit! I won't be back!!

I am so sorry that all of this happened. It is upsetting to me to have you not happy. We just could not fit in gelish spontaneously this time when you came into town. It takes 15 minutes to remove the existing gelish and 15 additional minutes to put it back on. The technician for the pedicure, did say she could do it in the scheduled time but the massage portion of the pedicure would be shortened and you told her you did not want the massage time any shorter and I think there may have been a communication problem there, because the technician meant the massage portion of the pedicure, not your hour massage. Your manicure service was only 30 min to begin with and the technician just did not have the time to add it on without prior notice because she had another client right after you. We are so sorry that your nails still got messed up. I will call you personally to discuss and hopefully make a resolution that will keep your business. Michelle Solum

Fantasic manicure! My nails have never looked better. The facial felt wonderful and the neck massage was just what I needed. I did feel a little rushed. The employees did seem to move us around quickly and seemed in a hurry but this did not affect their performance. I would have loved to be able to relax and enjoy your spa for longer. Next time I look forward to a massage.

Been coming here for years and first time i have ever felt unwanted by the front office staff. Was very disappointed and a little disallured. Especially after purchasing an over $200 gift card from them.... I dont know I guess everyone has bad days!!!!
