I had to wait a very long time even though I had an appointment. Due to this I did not have time to pick out glasses. I had to get back to work it had been 2 hours already. They also wanted to schedule some more tests that would be charged to my health insurance. I asked them the cost and they did not know so I declined. I have a high deductable health plan so what it would cost me is very imposratant.
