The receptionist squeezed me in, even though I didn't have an appointment and walked me through the various pre-tests, explaining as she went. Dr. Tran was very thorough as usual, answering all my questions. He quite possibly saved my vision last year, when he diagnosed narrow angles which had been missed by every other optometrist I had visited in the last 30 years! Minnie was very patient while helping me decide on my new frames. The discounts on the frames and lenses were very much appreciated. I would unhesitatingly refer anyone to visit New Optix, whether they are looking for an excellent eye health practitioner or an extensive selection of frames.

I had a current prescription and wanted to get some glasses. I could walk in without an appointment and be helped. They accepted my insurance and were quick to let me know what was covered. It would be helpful if the prices were listed on the frames, but it was no problem for them to check on prices for each one I chose. The selection was o.k. The frames were not badly priced with my insurance, just my lens that cost a lot driving up the price.

It was my first time at New Optix Optometry. I really enjoyed the extra attention and excellent customer service with the 2 cancellations they had that day. How many staff persons are needed to help one customer? Four. One person to help me with the paperwork, one person to do my pre-exams, one person to teach me how to put on and take off my new contact lens, and the most important person, Dr. Tran, to tell me my prescription has gone down from -350 to -250! Whoo! 2 hours and 15 minutes later I walk out of the office with the works. I got 1 pair of eye glasses, 1 pair of sun glasses, and contact lens fitting all for an awesome bargain!
