My visit at Optix Optometry was great. Everything from getting my eyes examined to choosing frames for my glasses went very smoothly. So huge thanks to them for allowing me to view the world much clearer way!

I had a great experience with New Optix Optometry, Although I had never had an eye exam before I felt as though every one was efficient and very quick. I had a 9:30am appointment and was in and out in a timely manner. The staff was nice and friendly. The store is clean and very modern. The one piece of advice I would like to give to make the experience much better is having a better selection of frames. Don't get me wrong they do carry a great amount to choose from and great brands. But, I would like to see a " trending " section to see what the most popular and " in style " frames are at the moment. Overall great place!

Office visit went well. No wait and they took care of me right away. I came for a contact lense fitting and the doctor gave me some trials to try out which I did pay for. At the end of my appt I asked the receptionist the annual cost of the lenses and was surprised at how costly it was. Yes it was nice that I got some trials pairs but I'm not even considering buying any of the ones I tried because it's just out of my price range. Would have been nice if the doctor asked me how much I was looking to spend and made recommendations from there.
