I’ve been here for several appointments to get and ingrown toenail removed and it has been the worse experience. The doctor doesn’t listen to you and doesn’t even look at your foot when you’re telling him about your problems. He gives you brief information and then rushes out of the room. I got my procedure done and I thought that my problem was fixed until I go back to my two month checkup and my nail still hurt. The doctor proceeded to press the side of my toe causing pain and did choppy work to cut part of my nail and claimed it was “dry skin” when it was clearly nail that came out of the side of my skin. Then he rushes out of the room before I realized that the pain had not gone away entirely. What could I do chase after him after he went into another patient’s room? Two days after this appointment my nail is once again red, swollen, and painful like nothing had been done to it even though I went through a very painful procedure to “get the problem fixed”.
