However our office has a very strict cancellation policy of 48 business hours.In this circumstance, a 4 hour appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. In order to be fair to all our patients, New Smile Dental group enforces this cancellation policy. The policy is there so that all of our patients have the opportunity to get the appointments that they require.
