We had a wire break on my sons braces on a Sunday so we called the emergency number that was in the automated message. The number is wrong and someone answered that had no relation to new smile. After visiting the office they even argued that it was the right number.

This is my second go with New Smile Orthodontics. I had braces as a teen but was irresponsible and stopped wearing my retainer. My teeth shifted as a result, but post-braces, my smile looked great! As an adult, I went back to Dr. Hu because of how satisfied I was with his work and service as a teen and am getting Invisalign treatment done. So far, so good! Everyone in the office is friendly and amazing, by the way.

They have exceptional customer service. From the young ladies in the front to the ladies in the back. Everyone is so nice and always explains what they are doing while working on your teeth. Dr Hu has great bedside matter.
