I have been a client of Melissa's for over a year. I had a 2:00
appointment Friday 2/25. I took the afternoon off and
drove over a half hour. When I enteted the salon
Melissa was with anothrt client. She did not start my hair
coloruntil 2:25pm.She did not do my eyebrows She was still with the same client and did not wash or blowdry my hair. Another stylist
washed an dried my hair, I was upset and wanted to leave
the salon as soon as I could. When I questioned my charges,
I did not believe I should be paying top stylist when
all she did was mix color and put it on my hair.
i was yelled ay by both owners telling me to not bothet to pay
and to get out. If this how regular clients are treated
It is poor customer service. They have lost a regular customer
and all referrals
We are truly sorry that your experience was not up to your expectations. We tried to accommodate your last-minute appointment as well as we could, as a favor. Unfortunately, when this happens, there will be overlapping of services being provided. Instead of taking up too much of your time, we decided it was best to have your hair dried and styled by another stylist. If we felt you would receive anything less than perfect, we would not have gone down that route. It was very obvious of your irritation, and because of your inconvenience, Melissa chose to not charge you. We hope that you can understand in our business the work we do can be very demanding and we put our hearts into every aspect of it. We hope to receive the chance to speak with you again in the future.
