I was given inaccurate prescription printouts twice. Two years ago, I requested a prescription printout for new eyeglasses because I could get them much cheaper at a local, large-box-store facility. The technician there had to call the New Visions Eyecare office to get one of the measurements that was left off the prescription. In May of 2017, after my annual eye exam, I asked for a printout of the new eyeglasses prescription, but when I took it back to the same place to get new glasses, the technician again had to call the New Visions Eyecare office to find out what one of the key elements, the power, was supposed to be. I can understand making a mistake once, but I have to question why this happened a second time. Anyway, I'm going elsewhere.
