Amazing staff and doctors, best vision center in town!

I was given inaccurate prescription printouts twice. Two years ago, I requested a prescription printout for new eyeglasses because I could get them much cheaper at a local, large-box-store facility. The technician there had to call the New Visions Eyecare office to get one of the measurements that was left off the prescription. In May of 2017, after my annual eye exam, I asked for a printout of the new eyeglasses prescription, but when I took it back to the same place to get new glasses, the technician again had to call the New Visions Eyecare office to find out what one of the key elements, the power, was supposed to be. I can understand making a mistake once, but I have to question why this happened a second time. Anyway, I'm going elsewhere.

The staff at new Visions are amazing. They always treat you like you're family, very helpful and I believe honest when choosing frames. You ask , they resolve. This is why I drive from Veneta to Roseburg for my eye care. Couldn't ask for a better team.

I love the people at New Visions. They always remember me and my family. Everyone there is polite and knowledgeable. I have been to other eye clinics in town and would recommend New Visions over all of them. Great variety in the glasses that are offered. Super friendly staff and extremely personable optometrist. I look forward to seeing them each and every year.
