I used to hate going to the dentist. It's not that I look forward like going to a party or something like that, but it is always a good experience. Everyone's friendly, and I appreciate the care that I receive because dental health is very important to me.

I have never been insulted an humiliated more in my life... the owner, an senior dentist has the bedside manors of a Neanderthal.. I wouldn't send my worst dog or enemy to yall! Ever!

I was very pleased with the procedure that I was scheduled for on Thursday, April 1.

However, my appointment was for 9 a.m. When I checked in I was told that I was not on the schedule. I was informed that there was an opening at 2 p.m. so I went back in at that time.

Technician for x-rays and cleaning very thorough and informative. Dentist explained required procedures and necessary time involved to prepare for other surgery. Office manager reviewed in detail the proposed treatment and accompanying costs. All staff very accommodating and professional.

I normally go to the Watauga office but because of the winter storm, I had to schedule am extraction at the Southlake office. I was waiting in the xray area with the tech as she was getting things ready to take them. A gentleman came into the room, dressed in plain clothes and was giving instructions to the tech. After 2 seconds he repeated himself but in a very demeaning tone, practically in her face as she was responding. I dont give 2 flying figs who you are, NO ONE has the right to speak to another human in that way! There are more efficient ways to resolve issues. And to be like this in front of a patient is VERY unprofessional and disappointing. Just that alone caused my anxiety to spike right before my extraction. I NEVER want to step foot into that office again and I'm seriously considering looking for a new dentist office all together which really freakin sucks!! But, props to the tech because she took it all in stride even tho I could tell she didnt appreciate being treated that way.
