I am getting a lot of work done and up until Saturday the 23 of feb , everything was very good and professional , I had my temporary crowns on and was getting my permanent crowns seated and put on , the new crowns were so far out of the realm of acceptability that I was shocked , and very disappointed , it was unbelievable and they are remaking them , but I Am very skeptical of the remakes because the other ones were so terrible in being uniform in size and appearance , they should have never been accepted by your office , and being that they were , I am very worried about future work to be done , I am spending over 20000 over the next year and a half on my teeth with your company but now I going to rethink ghost . It will depend on how my crowns come back , if they do not look good and uniform , I am not doing any more treatments with you . I spoke to dr bonolo about my concerns. And he said trust him and he would take care of it. We will see.
Hi Mr. Cox,
I am sorry you are concerned. The crowns you were unhappy with are temporary acrylic crowns. Nothing that has been placed in your mouth is a permanent crown and those will be custom fabricated for you with porcelain. Temporary crowns are just used for transitioning as we get to the end result of your dental reconstruction. You will wear some of the temporary crowns longer than the normal 2 weeks since your case is being performed in stages over multi-years to maximize help from your insurance. Please be assured, your permanent crowns will be beautiful and we know you will be very pleased with the outcome. Just like you want your teeth to look great, so do we. We will not put any permanent restoration in any patient's mouth that doesnt look great or fit well and we will make no compormises with your dental health. Remember, it is a process to get to the end result. We would love for you to schedule a time when you are not having dental treatment to come in and discuss in detail the timeline and expectations. We are committed to taking Excellent care of you.
