although the dentist has been very professional with most of my visits, but last time I felt a sense of carelessness and lack of empathy. All I told her and the assistant that since my last fillings I feel pain in the tooth that y’all were working on. She got defensive and made me feel a number instead of understanding and possibly solving the problem. I am not giving her a google or yelp review because I don’t want her business to lose customers all I want to make sure that she should know that patients are human and they love empathy, cure, and great service for their dollar otherwise cleanings can be done at home too.

I could have come the next day and asked for solution when my tooth start hurting after the filling, but instead I decide to wait and talk to you in my next visit.
