I've been taking my cars (I have 4 of them, 2 for the kids) for several years now. Jim always gives me a break down of the costs up front. I always believe he's reasonable and does quality work. About a year ago, I had a power steering pump fail in a GMC Acadia. Jim replaced the pump. A year later it failed again. I took it back to Jim. Much to my surprise, Jim informed me the pump was under a two year, 24,000 mile warranty. I said, does that cover just the part? expecting full well I would be paying for the labor. He said no, a warranty means parts and labor. I got a new pump installed under the warranty and walked out a very happy customer. He means what he says. Number one guy in Franklin and surrounding towns to have a vehicle fixed.
