A routine service revealed a failing component, and the Nichols crew had us back up and running within a day. Nichols has a lot of great qualities, but reliability is the one that came to the fore this time. It's nice to know that they are quick to fix problems so our home doesn't get too hot or too cold.

This new engineer was very knowledgeable and observed a potential problem caused by a failure of our remodeler and apparently overlooked the inspector . He also came back the very next day to address a mini split problem. He was friendly and cheerful. One suggestion: your team members should wear masks.
