I had my teeth cleaned, the hygienist spent a lot of time typing on computer during my appointment. She did not clean them as well as last visits she seemed distracted. Also the office biilling is awful. I have tried to reach out to this office multiple times via phone and letters, to get the errors of double billing corrected. I asked Jaime on the way out of the office, this last appointment about my balance. Jaime is incharge of accounts and she stated , yeah I need to take a look into that. What type of response is that? The errors in billing go back to 2019.
