I was expecting a follow up after my visit to book my next and never got contacted. Also most of the session seems to be on what is going bad and needs to be improved constantly.

This was my last service at this shop. I asked for help with many issues that were dismissed until I had to pay out of pocket. We had an experimental procedure that did nothing for my car $700 and then the same issue came back 2 days later costing me another $1400 with 0 discount to the procedure.
