My cat is a new patient; yesterday was her first time at Nob Hill Cat Clinic. I had no trouble getting an appointment. I was pleased with Dr. Carter's exam of my cat and her phone conversation with me about a problem and the options. She listened to my concerns and responded thoughtfully, and then sent me some web links with further information. I was not pleased with the fact that I dropped the cat off at 9 a.m. and did not hear from Dr. Carter until almost 4 p.m. (after I called), even though the visit involved no medical procedures. I know everything is complicated by Covid restrictions, but I would hope there'd be a way for simple visits to be more expeditious.
