Your staff informed us that we would no longer be able to buy our cat food after this visit because we were "long overdue" for a check up. When I called back, the man who answered the phone told me that the last time we brought the cats in was June 30 of last year. I told him we only do annual visits so I didn't understand why my husband had been admonished about being "long overdue" since we were still a month shy of the annual exam. The next 5 minutes of my conversation with him, in which he continued to be condescending and rude, made the decision to take our cats elsewhere very easy.
In addition to the rude staff, this place has gotten more and more expensive while the quality of service has declined.
