Serviceman was fine. Completed the job in about 30 minutes. Most of my good feeling about your company comes from previous experiences. Very satisfied. However this is the first time in a while that I felt fleeced a little by the cost of a service. $84 for the service call was fine and expected. But an additional 84 for cleaning the flame sensor seemed out of order considering the effort and time needed to complete the task. I did not time it but I’d say 15 minutes. You guys do a lot more work doing a pre summer tune up and you don’t charge any extra. Just seemed out of order. Thanks.

The heater at my office quit working yesterday and luckily my scarf doubles as a blankie. My boss told me to call our typical heat and air guy that we haven't been too impressed with and whose prices always cause my boss to wonder why we keep using them. I took it upon myself (as any good assistant would do) to call around and look for a better option. I called 2 places and was more impressed with Norman Heating and Air than the other that shall remain anonymous because I'm sure they are very good at what they do too. I chose this place because they had great reviews, were pleasant, could get there quicker, and had a cheaper diagnostic fee. They got there in a few hours and fixed it. Boom.
