We service and repair most domestic and popular imported vehicles.
Our goal is to repair your domestic or Asian car or light truck correctly the first time. We've been around for over 40 years... since 1961... with a combined experience of our staff of over 78 years.
At Norm's, we employ only experienced, qualified automotive technicians certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Additionally, we are members of the Automotive Service Association (ASA) as well as NATA, an Oregon-based association of professional independent automotive service shops.

Well done guys!
We brought in our Daughter in Laws Mini Van for an inspection as we are driving it to Disneyland.
Even though the van had just had an oil change and once over from the kids Mechanic, I felt it in our best interest to have Rick give it a once over. Boy am I thankful I followed my gut instincts.
Van was in need of a new Battery, rear Wiper was shredded, and even though the other mechanic had removed a mouse nest behind the cabin filter, Rick checked and found they had missed a large amount of NASTY mouse nest that was leaving quite a putrid smell in the van!!
No other garage or mechanics for me and our vehicles!!

It was my 1st time using their services and even though sadly my vehicle was not repairable due to the cost being more than the value of the vehicle, Norm's was very honest and kind walking me through what happened and advised me correctly. Now that I have a better vehicle I will only be using their services because I know from experience that they wont lie to me and be very honest on what is going on with my vehicle, unlike the prior mechanic I will no longer use.
