My oil pressure light came on about 3 weeks after having my oil changed at North Hills. I pulled over right away and checked the oil and NO OIL registered on the stick! After pouring some oil in, you could see the oil coming right out of the filter. I called North Hills and they sent over a wrecker to bring it back to their location, and made sure that I had transportation home. The next morning they inspected my vehicle and determined that it was actually caused by a faulty Toyota part (the oil cooler hose) which Toyota had had a problem with but not recalled. They said that Toyota should replace it for free, which, after the help of North Hills, they did free of charge! North Hills never asked me to reimburse them for their wrecking service, and they were so nice and helpful during the whole ordeal. I was very impressed with their service!
